As a member, you are automatically charged once a month or once a year on the date you signed up. We may change the price for the Membership Packages from time to time and will communicate any price changes to you in advance and, if applicable, how to accept those changes. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. Subject to applicable law, you accept the new price by continuing to use EVOKREYOL LLC / EvoKreyòl Magazine Services after the price change takes effect. If you do not agree with a price change, you are entitled to reject the change by cancelling your Membership before the price change goes into effect.

Your payment to EVOKREYOL LLC / EvoKreyòl Magazine will automatically renew on the date you signed up, unless you cancel your membership before the end of the then-current subscription period. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) based on your chosen plan. You can update your payment method at any time through your account settings.
   

• Changes to Subscription Plans: EvoKreyòl Magazine reserves the right to modify subscription prices or plans. You will be notified of any changes in advance, and the new terms will apply for the next billing cycle.
   

• Refunds: As our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital content purchases or subscriptions.
   

• Subscription Cancellation: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but access to paid content will continue until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
